  • Check for desired doneness, aiming for an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.

Serving

  • Remove steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for about five minutes before slicing.

For best results, choose steaks that are at least 1-inch thick. Letting steak rest after cooking is crucial for juicy bites. Use a meat thermometer for precise doneness.
