Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let the ribeye steaks sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  • Season the steaks generously with salt and black pepper on all sides.
  • Place the seasoned steaks in the air fryer basket with ample space in between.

Cooking

  • Cook the steaks for about 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  • Check for desired doneness using a meat thermometer; medium-rare should reach 130°F (54°C).

Garlic Butter Preparation

  • While the steaks are cooking, melt the unsalted butter in a small pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic to the melted butter and cook until fragrant and golden, about 1-2 minutes.

Finishing Touch

  • Once the steaks are done, drizzle the garlic butter over each steak.
  • Let the steaks rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.
