Preparation

  • Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry using a paper towel.
  • Season both sides of the chicken generously with salt, black pepper, and dried Italian herbs.

Cooking

  • Drizzle olive oil on the griddle's surface, then place the chicken breasts horizontally.
  • Cook for approximately 5-7 minutes per side, turning only once until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • After cooking, reduce heat and add minced garlic to the griddle. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken. Cover for 2-3 minutes for the cheese to melt.

Serving

  • Remove chicken from the griddle and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Slice the chicken or serve whole, garnishing with fresh parsley if desired.
