  • Chop the imitation crab meat into bite-sized pieces.

Mixing the Salad

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, diced avocado, and chopped crab meat.

Making the Dressing

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar until fully dissolved.

Final Assembly

  • Pour the dressing over the cucumber, avocado, and crab mixture and gently toss to coat.
