  • 2 cups Crisp apples Preferably Honeycrisp or Granny Smith.
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries For a chewy texture and sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup Toasted nuts Pecans or walnuts.
  • 1 cup Crumbled feta or goat cheese For creaminess and tang.

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Olive oil Base for the dressing.
  • 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar Provides acidity.
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard Enhances depth of flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup or honey Sweetens the dressing.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash and dry the mixed salad greens thoroughly.
  • Plate the greens in a large bowl or a platter.
  • Wash, core, and slice or chop the crisp apples, tossing them with a bit of lemon juice.

Prepare the Dressing

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and maple syrup or honey until well combined.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

Combine Ingredients

  • In the bowl with the greens, gently mix in apple slices, dried cranberries, and toasted nuts.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with crumbled cheese.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Store salad components separately in airtight containers for freshness. Combine just before serving.
