- 1 cup Granulated sugar Sweetness
- 1 cup Brown sugar Chewiness and moisture
- 2 large Eggs Structure and binding
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract Flavor enhancement
- 2.5 cups All-purpose flour Structure
- 0.75 cup Cocoa powder Chocolate intensity
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder Light lift
- 1 teaspoon Salt Flavor balance
For the Decoration
- 1 batch Green buttercream frosting To create the bubbling potion effect
- to taste optional Chocolate chips or candies For decoration
Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the chocolate cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
- Grease your cookie molds or a mini muffin tin.
- Fill each mold with the cookie dough about halfway.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm.
- Let the cookies cool completely.
Decoration
- Once cooled, use a piping bag to fill each cookie cup with green buttercream frosting.
- Optionally, decorate with chocolate chips or other candies.

Store cookies in an airtight container for up to one week, or freeze for up to three months.
