Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef Hearty protein base
  • 1 pack Taco Seasoning Adds authentic Mexican flavor
  • 4 pieces Flour Tortillas Wraps and holds fillings
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese A blend like cheddar or Monterey Jack works well
  • 24 oz Frozen Fries Texture and comfort, adds a crispy element

Toppings

  • 1 cup Sour Cream or Salsa Enhances flavor with creaminess or tang

Instructions

Preparation

  • Begin by cooking the frozen fries according to the package instructions until they are golden and crispy.
  • As the fries are baking, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef, cooking until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  • Sprinkle taco seasoning over cooked beef and mix well.
  • Take a flour tortilla and layer seasoned beef, crispy fries, and shredded cheese in the center.
  • Fold the sides over the filling, then roll from the bottom up, tucking in the sides to secure.
  • If desired, heat the filled burritos in a skillet or microwave to further melt the cheese.

Serving

  • Serve warm with a dollop of sour cream, salsa, or any preferred toppings.

Notes

For added flavor, consider sautéing onions or peppers with the beef. Substitute ground beef with turkey or plant-based grounds for lighter options. You can also try different types of cheese for variety.
