Preparation

  • Cook the rotini pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions (8-10 minutes) until al dente, then drain and cool under running water.
  • Dice or shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Rinse and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced chicken, and chopped romaine lettuce.
  • Pour in the Caesar dressing and toss gently to coat, ensuring all ingredients are mixed evenly.
  • Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese and mix again.

Notes
