  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg Acts as a binding agent
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For flavor
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder For flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning For flavor
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning

For Toppings

  • Your favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.) Customize as desired

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Gather and measure all ingredients.

Making the Crust

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken with mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and the egg.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix with your hands until thoroughly combined.
  • Spread the chicken mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust about 1/4 inch thick.

Baking

  • Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Remove the crust from the oven and add your favorite toppings.
  • Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes to melt the cheese and cook the toppings.
  • Allow to cool slightly before slicing.

Notes

Experiment with various seasonings and toppings. For a crispier crust, bake longer. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for 2-3 months.
