Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper generously to enhance the chicken's natural flavors.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Once shimmering, add the seasoned chicken breasts.
  • Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened and translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a few minutes to reduce and concentrate flavors.
  • Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice to create a rich sauce. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it in the sauce, allowing it to heat through.
  • Serve hot with your choice of side dishes.
