Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Whisk together until smooth, then add the chicken slices, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  • Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add marinated chicken slices, avoiding overcrowding, and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Make the Sauce

  • In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, hot sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Mix until smooth and adjust seasoning as desired.

Assemble the Wraps

  • Lay flatbreads or tortillas on a clean surface.
  • Slice cooked chicken into thin strips and layer on top.
  • Spread spicy yogurt sauce over chicken, then add fresh salad ingredients.
  • Wrap tightly and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.
