Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon. Whisk until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Baking

  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined, then transfer to the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Mix additional sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl for coating.
  • Once baked, cool slightly before rolling the bread in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Notes

For best results, use fresh ingredients and avoid overmixing the batter. Allow cooling before slicing for the best texture. If you have leftovers, store slices in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
