  • In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended without overmixing.
  • Divide the mixture into six equal portions and shape each portion into patties, creating a dimple in the center of each.

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill or skillet to medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until they reach your desired doneness.

Assembly

  • While the burgers are cooking, prepare toppings by slicing vegetables and toasting the buns.
  • Once cooked, let the burgers rest for 5 minutes, then assemble each burger by placing a patty on the bun and adding your choice of toppings.
