Preparation

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent (about 3-4 minutes).

Cooking Chicken

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Add seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Making the Sauce

  • Pour chicken broth into the skillet, scraping any bits stuck to the bottom.
  • Add heavy cream and mix well.
  • Return chicken to skillet and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
  • Serve chicken and creamy sauce over cooked rice, garnished with chopped parsley.
