Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, biscuit mix, sliced green onions, Cajun seasoning, and milk.
  • Mix until well combined using hands or a spatula.

Shaping

  • Take small portions of the mixture (about the size of a golf ball) and roll them into uniform balls.
  • Place the shaped balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  • Arrange the sausage balls on the baking sheet, giving space between each.
