Preparation of Dressing

  • In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.

Prepare Salad Ingredients

  • Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and slice off both ends. Cut them in half lengthwise and then slice into thin rounds.
  • Thinly slice the red onion, aiming for uniform slices.
  • Chop the fresh dill finely.

Combine and Serve

  • In a large salad bowl, combine the cucumbers, red onion, and dill.
  • Drizzle the yogurt dressing over the salad and gently toss with salad tongs until evenly coated.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

Notes

For best results, allow the salad to chill for 30 minutes before serving to deepen the flavors. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
