Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to ensure they sear nicely.
  • Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat until hot.
  • Melt the unsalted butter in the skillet, swirling it to coat the bottom.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  • Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the pan and sear for 7-8 minutes on one side.
  • Flip the chicken only once to create a golden crust, cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes.

Serving

  • Whisk the garlic butter sauce in the pan and drizzle it over the chicken.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot over your choice of side.

Notes
