  • 8 slices Bacon Cook until crispy for the best texture.
  • 2 cups Leafy Romaine Lettuce Offers freshness and nutritional value.
  • 2 medium Ripe Tomatoes Provides sweetness and moisture.
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard

Bacon Preparation

  • Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon strips and cook until crispy, around 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.

Condiment Mix

  • In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until smooth. Set aside.

Wrap Assembly

  • Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a generous amount of the mayonnaise-mustard mixture over each tortilla.
  • Layer with romaine lettuce, tomato slices, and crispy bacon.

Rolling the Wraps

  • Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the ends to secure the filling. Slice each wrap in half diagonally.
  • Store in airtight containers in the refrigerator.
