Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups pineapple, diced
  • 2 cups red or green grapes, halved

For the Dressing

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Gather all your fresh ingredients. Hull and slice the strawberries into even pieces, dice the pineapple into bite-sized chunks, and halve the grapes.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together honey and freshly squeezed lime juice until well mixed.
  • Add poppy seeds, olive oil, and vanilla extract to the honey-lime mixture and whisk until emulsified.

Combining

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, diced pineapple, and halved grapes. Gently toss to mix the fruits.
  • Pour the honey lime poppy seed dressing over the fruit and gently toss until all pieces are well coated.

Chilling

  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
