Preparation

  • Pat chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Cooking

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add unsalted butter until melted.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about a minute until golden and aromatic.
  • Carefully place the seasoned chicken into the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, basting with garlic butter.
  • Check the internal temperature reaches 165°F using a meat thermometer.

Finishing Touches

Notes
