  • 1 teaspoon paprika For seasoning.

Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter For richness and flavor.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced For aroma and flavor.

Preparation

  • Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and combine in a bowl with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss to coat and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Cooking

  • Place seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • While the steak is cooking, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Drizzle the garlic butter over the cooked steak bites and toss to coat. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For juicier bites, choose a steak with good marbling and consider marinating them for several hours. For added crunch, you can finish them on a hot grill after air-frying.
