Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Marinate the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, and olive oil for about 10 minutes.
  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to make the tzatziki sauce. Mix well and refrigerate.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Allow the chicken to rest before slicing it into strips.

Assembly

  • Lay a flour tortilla flat and place sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onions, feta cheese, and tzatziki sauce in the center.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up. Cut in half if desired.

Notes

Marinate the chicken for longer for deeper flavor; consider using whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas for variations.
