Preparation

  • Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Add the seasoned chicken to the pan and cook until browned and thoroughly cooked, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Sauce Preparation

  • In a small bowl, mix together honey and barbecue sauce.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, pour the honey-barbecue mixture over it and stir to coat evenly.
  • Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken slightly.

Serving

Notes
