Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente, approximately 6 to 8 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • Toss the macaroni with a drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • In a large bowl, combine gherkins, bell pepper, celery, red onion, and hard-boiled eggs. Mix gently.

Dressing Preparation

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and white wine vinegar until smooth.
  • Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.

Assembly

  • Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and toss gently to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
  • Before serving, stir gently and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Notes
