Monster Cookie Layer

  • 1 cup Old-fashioned oats Chewiness, texture
  • 1/2 cup Creamy peanut butter Creaminess, flavor
  • 1 cup M&Ms Color, sweetness

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan by greasing it with butter or lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in granulated sugar until fully combined, then mix in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until fully blended. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • In another bowl, mix together the oats, peanut butter, M&Ms, and any additional chocolate candies. Spoon this mixture over the brownie batter and gently swirl together.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

Store brownies in an airtight container to keep them fresh. You can freeze them for 2-3 months by wrapping individually.
