Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Add the chicken to the hot oil and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.

Cooking

  • In the same pot, sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the penne pasta and stir well to prevent sticking, cooking for 10-12 minutes until al dente.
  • Reduce the heat, stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy.
  • Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the pot, mixing thoroughly. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.

Serving

  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
