Grilling

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
  • Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  • Grill for 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
