Preparation

Baking

  • Bake for 9-11 minutes, watching carefully for a lightly golden edge while keeping the centers soft.
  • Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For a chewy cookie, chill the dough for at least 30 minutes and consider using a mix of semisweet and dark chocolate chips.
