Preparation

  • Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch until well combined.

Cooking

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the thinly sliced beef to the pan and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until browned.
  • Pour the sticky sauce mixture over the beef and stir well to coat.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss gently to combine, ensuring noodles are well-coated in the sauce.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes
